Today we worked on our narrative stories first thing. Ask your child what part of the story they wrote today and what is coming up next.
In math we did our second word problem of the week utilizing "I do, We do, You do". Ask your child how it works and the process we went through. You could also discuss with them the strategy they used to solve and prove their answer as well as the connection that they made.
We also did word work, did a refection in Science, had PE, practiced Mindfulness, and worked on our art project.
Students had one last day to work on the current art project. It is due Friday, although we will not have any more class time to complete it (they were given almost 2 weeks). Many students did not utilize their time effectively and will need to complete it at home. Student will receive an incomplete grade on Powerschool until the assignment is completed.
