Although snowy and cold, we still managed to have a terrific Monday.

Students had to stay inside for both lunch recess and our break due to the windchill making the temperature feel like - 20. We took lots of movement breaks to help keep us focused and on task.

Today was the final day for presentations in Social Studies. The students were all very excited to present their work to their peers. Great job everyone!

In math we utilized Mathletics to review some multiplication concepts. Our next unit will be addition and subtraction of decimals.

For health we are examining the old Willy Wonka movie and tying it into the 9 Habits of Teaching Empathy to Kids. We are looking at the habit of Ethical Code. We will have discussion and reflection over the next few days.

In Language Arts students did their spelling quizzes.

Students got new books from the library today.

We will continue to work on Science projects this week. Posters will be due by the end of the week.

We also had Ignite, P.E. and Music today.

*Please have students return swim forms as soon as possible.
